Account
You can open a new account online through our dashboard by clicking "Open an Account" on the home page. You will need a valid government-issued ID, Social Security number, and an initial deposit. The process typically takes 10-15 minutes. You can also visit any of our branches for in-person assistance.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will receive a verification code via email or SMS to your registered contact. After verification, you can set a new password. For security, passwords must be at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
Navigate to the Accounts section and select the account you need a statement for. Use the date filters to select the statement period, then click "Download PDF" or "Download CSV" at the top of the page. Statements are available for the past 7 years. You can also request official certified statements through our branches for a fee of $5.00.
Transfers
Standard transfer limits are $10,000 per day and $50,000 per month for internal transfers. Wire transfers have a limit of $25,000 per day. International SWIFT transfers are limited to $50,000 per transaction. You can request a temporary limit increase by contacting our support team.
International SWIFT transfers cost $45.00 per transaction. This fee covers the SWIFT network charges and our processing. Additional intermediary bank fees may apply depending on the destination country and receiving bank. Currency conversion uses the mid-market rate plus a 0.5% margin. Transfers typically take 3-5 business days.
Yes, you can set up recurring bill payments through the Transfers section. Select the payee, amount, and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom). You can modify or cancel scheduled payments at any time before the scheduled date. We also support one-time scheduled payments for future dates.
Loans
Visit the Loans section in your dashboard and click "Apply for Loan." Select the loan type (Personal, Home, Auto, or Education), enter the required details, and submit your application. You will receive a preliminary decision within 24 hours. Required documents include proof of income, employment verification, and credit history authorization.
When your FD matures, you have three options: (1) Auto-renewal at the prevailing rate if you have enabled this feature, (2) Transfer the maturity amount to your savings or checking account, or (3) Create a new FD with a different tenure or amount. We will notify you 7 days before maturity via email and SMS.

We will issue a replacement card within 5-7 business days. There is no liability for unauthorized transactions reported within 48 hours.
