How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link expires after 24 hours.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
How do I invite team members?
Navigate to Settings > Team and click "Invite Member". Enter their email address and assign a role. They'll receive an invitation email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. For enterprise plans, wire transfer is also available.
Is there an API available?
Yes, a full REST API is available on Pro and Enterprise plans. Documentation can be found at docs.adminhub.io/api.
